Relates to the wizard of oz. in the sense that the dog is
the lion the guy who gets a heart is tin man and the boy is Dorothy on an
adventure

Shows close ups on the heart to show the representation
trying to be shown by it
And the guy in the costume resembles a scare crow to give us
the idea of the story line
It is centre framed on the TV to show the albums name to
leave a message to the audience
Based on a urban legend showing the story through a music video giving the sense the video is the main thing and not the song
